Regression to the Fat (Updated 02/06/2010)
Packing on the pounds at a predictable pace. I'm a believer: this is the greatest weight gain program ever. Check out the .79 R-squared value on the regression. Putting on about 1/4 pound of either flab or muscle a day. Original plan is 42 days, at which point I'll evaluate total gains and determine if cutting is necessary to shed some blubber. My husband belly is becoming a bit round.
