Delta Air Lines Has Good Customer Service

Just want to send a blogosphere shout-out to my friends at DAL. My car service totally screwed me this morning and I missed my flight. The ladies at the Delta counter, despite packed flights, gave me a confirmed business class seat on a late flight and then a standby spot for an earlier flight. That means if I don't make the standby cutoff on the earlier flight, I get a guaranteed business class seat on the second one. For no charge.

Friday Night. Crown Room Club, JFK. Just one question...

WHO LET ALL THE FUCKING SCREAMING CHILDREN IN HERE?

Seriously, did you god damn rich assholes actually pay the five membership fees so your little petulant fucking spawns can whine for an hour and a half and disturb me from surfing LetsRun.com and enjoying my coffee in peace??!

There are people in here that have been slaving away all week and simply want to go to the airport, log on, and eat some hummus and celery before boarding their long flights home--without having to put up with your little fucking brats screaming about their platinum-plated titanium Transformers.

Good God they better have some good movies on the flight...
