Putting on about 1/4 pound of either flab or muscle a day. Original plan is 42 days, at which point I'll evaluate total gains and determine if cutting is necessary to shed some blubber. My husband belly is becoming a bit round.
A fuzzy, furry, funny, fun run to benefit the Seattle Animal Shelter. Carlo the Golden Retriever took first place once again, dragging his fat and out of shape master to the finish line. Walter the Wiener Dog gave up at half way and had to be carried to the finish line. His spirit undaunted, he quickly resumed chasing squirrels and much bigger dogs.
