Tuesday: Rigorous calisthenics and three recovery beers.
Wednesday: Rest day and 10 recovery beers.
Thursday: 3.1 miles - 18:28. Nice cool, clear night.
Friday: Four recovery beers.
Saturday: 8.3 miles - 52:50
